If you plan on tracking the car at all, the torsen must be equipped. You will burn through the clutch based one, also lockup will be more unpredictable in my opinion. It will make you less confident when at the limit. The torsen in the mustangs are pretty good.

Active exhaust is not necessary on the stock exhaust, as it's not that loud or drony. If you plan on doing any exhaust mods and you do ANY highway driving it is 100% worth it just to tone down the drone.

As a Mach 1 owner, if the new mustang comes with a tremec and a more advanced aluminum chassis a trade-in is a no brainer. Otherwise I'm keeping the Mach 1.
