What makes you think the Chassis Numbers are not sequential? Your assumption that the Chassis Number is randomly grabbed out of a bin, is wrong, they are assigned to the car, in sequential order, as soon as their VIN arrives at the plant and they go into production. This car will roll off the...

A lot of dealers seem to be charging a Markup ($5K - $30K). There are some dealers that sell at MSRP, you just have look for them. Just look for dealers near you and then widen your search. I would look for small dealerships in small towns for a MSRP deal.
