That sucks! Definitely not what you ordered. I have the red and just reviewed my order and window sticker. Both reflect the red. Either someone fat-fingered something (which makes no sense) or they did not have the red available and substituted.

Back when my dealer did mine it took about four hours. They had a trained, dedicated technician doing them, so she was experienced, thorough, and did a really fine job.

This wiper/washer recall was originally in the Ford app, but disappeared the other day. Still listed for my car on the MyFord website and on CarMax. I don’t drive the Mustang in freezing condition, so no worries. Update: Letter received in mail on 7-13-26.
