  1. For everyone who hasn’t done the BCM Recall Remedy

My dealer owns multiple dealerships, so a qualified service technician probably isn't a problem. Having one that can do it properly, without making things worse, is still a possibility. If a small dealership doesn't have a qualified person, they should inform you of that fact and tell you you'll...
  2. For everyone who hasn’t done the BCM Recall Remedy

I'm of the same mindset as you. All except for the water test. Mine gets wet very infrequently, so I'll just watch out for flashing lights. Every week, there seems to be another horror story. Glenn
  3. For everyone who hasn’t done the BCM Recall Remedy

Thanks! At this rate, I will never get it done! Glenn
  4. How do you close your trunk? Without a handle . . .

You know the answer to that! Since 2007, I've had the choice to do what I want, when I want, for as long as I want! If I was bored, it would be my fault, and I would not be doing it right! Trust me, I'm doing it right! Glenn
  5. How do you close your trunk? Without a handle . . .

I don't do wine, an occasional beer. Oh! I've been retired since August 2007. 😁 :champagne:Glenn
  6. For everyone who hasn’t done the BCM Recall Remedy

Well! I was considering doing it this Spring! NOT! Glenn
  7. How do you close your trunk? Without a handle . . .

Ugh! I think my OCD is getting worse. Glenn
  8. How do you close your trunk? Without a handle . . .

I keep one microfiber cloth loose in the trunk. Partially close the trunk lid, throw the cloth into the trunk, and close the lid by touching the brake light. Easy-peasy. Glenn
  9. Has anyone noticed hood lift?

I would have the hood adjusted first. I've driven my GT up to 145 mph and have no lift. All my body panel gaps are perfect, as well. Glenn
  10. Victim of a pothole :(

    That sucks! Glenn
  11. So this just happened ☹️

How often are you doing the spray? I've done mine 4 times since August of 2024 and haven't noticed any problems. I also don't drive my car in wet weather! For the most part, I'm just putting ceramic coating on top of ceramic coating. If you are driving in rainy weather, I imagine YMWV! Glenn
  12. So this just happened ☹️

Always after the car is dry. Although, it probably doesn't matter. I just don't like having water sitting on painted surfaces. I'm old and slow. I only use dry microfiber cloths and spray a small amount onto the car, then wipe immediately in many different directions, never a single direction...
  13. Coyote/S650 Derangement Syndrome

I took Latin in school and certainly have forgotten more than I remember. I'm Jewish, but I did get wacked by a nun with a wooden pointer when I snuck into Catholic school with a friend! Does that count? Glenn
  14. So this just happened ☹️

That's why I've done it four times. But it is very easy and certainly inexpensive. I could have done it less often and still had a nice finish. I will probably get six applications out of this bottle and gladly pay another $20! Glenn
  15. Active Exhaust Pop, Backfire, and/or Some Other Loud Noise When Slowing Down

Well, the good news is it gets better the more miles you put on. By the time you get between 1000-1500 miles, you will have a veritable symphony of sounds. Sit back and enjoy it because many sports cars don't come with this feature! Glenn
  16. Coyote/S650 Derangement Syndrome

Unfortunately, that's almost an understatement! But they get their pronouns right! Glenn
  17. "That is pure S-Tier my dude."

I don't use it often because I usually forget I saw it the first time!:cwl: Glenn
