I wasn't sure if the mustang had adaptive cruise. Glad to hear it does. Still not sure that button is for that. It isn't the same as the manual posted above by @Shadetree43
@Dena and @Smaaron I stand corrected. This is sounds like the same principle as a variable vane turbo. I guess some people will change only one air filter while some will have to change two. 😂 🏁
That is def not what they are doing. From an engineering solution and balance of air intake they are using both all the time. This isn't like a 4 barrel carb. This is modern emissions with modern electronics.
Nice looking wheels on the site. What are your MSRP prices. Nothing is listed. If I’m being honest, I’m not calling a bunch of places to get pricing when others have it listed on their site.
Pulled from a google search as I couldn't remember the wording and terms.
According to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA), the term “model year” is defined as “the year used to designate a discrete vehicle model, irrespective of the calendar year in which the...
I'm not sure I am reading your post correctly, but I think this is what you are looking for. Allocations came from cars already sold. Not cars they will sell. If you ordered a DH from a dealer and they don't have allocation, they probably aren't going to get any. I don't think I have heard...
No expert here, but here are a few things to consider.
1. That is a "textured" plastic piece. Once it is damaged it is almost impossible to make it look OEM. Most body shops wont touch it and buy a new one. It can be retextured,. but typically that costs quite a bit more and no one wants to...
Be careful making a name brand into the premium. I learned a lot about filters when I worked for Ford and had to promote the Motorcraft oil, air, and fuel filters in the Power Stroke engines.
1. No filter manufacturer makes all of their own filters. They purchase from one another. One of...
On todays engines you need to be careful using oil additives. While they may have helpful additives, many will change the viscosity of the oil and it will have a harder time going through the much smaller journals and oil paths. Also creating poor fuel mileage.
1. Yes. What is MSRP at a factory only store. It is whatever they want it to be. The reality is you have no idea what you are paying markup wise from Rivian or Tesla. Also thier servoce network is horrible. Wreck a Tesla or especially a Rivian and see what the bill is regardless of insurance...
If you think the dealers control the height of your pants you should wait and see how a manufacturer run dealership goes. Ford had them in Oklahoma (early 2000s) and they couldn’t get out of that scenario fast enough. Stores were losing money. Turnover was rampid. Service was horrible. Parts...
