He already has a vin and the car status showed built on the tracker. He is asking about the way the tracker goes from built to confirmed then back. When this has happened to most forum members, most cars show up very shortly afterwards at the dealer.
Most use Motorcraft (85%ish), but the rest use whatever the local oil salesman is selling them. May be good oil, may be recycled oil, may be junk oil.
As long as the oil meets the same specs as the Motorcraft oil, you are good to go. You wont have any oil warranty issues unless you try some...

I would like to see UAW costs listed on the window sticker for each vehicle. Labor based upon options ordered. I think people (genera public) would not be as supportive of the wild asks from the UAW at that point.
