  1. Do you really have a question unique to S650?

I've spent so much time in old British cars that my entire perception of what a 'good' transmission is has been completely skewed. In my eyes, TVR's and Jaguars are peak. So feeling an MT-82 for the first time had me convinced its one of the nicest manuals around. I do still think its alright...
  2. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

    totally fair
  3. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

Fair enough. Hoping the aftermarket picks up, in that case. This is probably the first time in my life I’ve seen a mustang generation without an immediately huge aftermarket scene, but I get why. Shame
  4. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

    Aftermarket
  5. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

yeah, but why not just make new projector housings with amber LED’s, instead of DRL’s that can be both white and amber?
  6. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

Question. Whats stopping manufacturers just making new headlights with amber DRL/fixtures. for context, my mechanical/electrical car knowledge makes a hard cut off past 1995 and I dont know anything post carburetors and port fuel injection, so explain to me like im 5. Can’t they just make the...
  7. First oil change constructive comments appreciated.

It carries over to pretty much every car/engine, granted those with more porous casting will experience it worse (looking at you, 60's Ford). I only learned about it from Honda boys, but after digging saw the same thing with older GM's, Toyota, so on and so forth.
  8. First oil change constructive comments appreciated.

Royal Purple does genuinely have a much higher detergent content than many other oils. Sort of a double edged sword though. What a lot of people discovered years ago (largely honda guys who wanted le epic purple fluid) was that this oil would clean their motors real squeaky. It does genuinely...
  9. Dark horse carbon steering installed

This looks like something I'd find on a butchered Civic Hybrid with a big wing
  10. Does anyone know why Ford deleted wireless charging for S650 MY25?

VAG can suck my little weiner, I'll never own a volkswagen again (I check marketplace 3 times a day for another GTI)
  11. Oil consumption

That's actually good to hear. Glad they're taking it seriously. Better someone at HQ than a B tech.
  12. BMW M2, M240i

The difference between BMW and Mini is that atleast BMW's have some room to work on them. When something breaks on a mini, and it will, you will be cursing and swearing the whole time. Something as simple as a thermostat is buried underneath mountains of plastic. They're also super fucking...
  13. Does anyone know why Ford deleted wireless charging for S650 MY25?

Probably because it just makes phones really hot. Wireless charging in modern cars is a scam, change my mind
  14. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

    Gotcha gotcha
  15. BMW M2, M240i

It wasn't tuned, and we never replaced it. Work was done under warranty including the engine work. Still have it, though not mine, it was my parents who bought it new as per my recommendation. Fingers crossed it will make it to 200K. Its relatively trouble free otherwise. But if it starts...
  16. When will we know 2026 MY changes? Colors.

I'm still pissed they got rid of Atlas Blue. There was zero reason to do that, ffs. It was such a good color.
  17. BMW M2, M240i

Stingers are incredible road trip cars, love em. Only real issue is parts availability, and the lack luster engine durability. Was told by the dealer that at 100K miles, the engine head bolts stretch enough that they need typically need heads done. Guess what happened at 100K just before...
  18. Amber DRL via Forscan (and FDRS) - YES!

That'll explain the trunk then, probably.
