Strange, with mine as larger screen my left and right buttons change the preset stations only on Sirius. There might be some setting to bind the arrows to other functions if yours is different.

Started right up this morning, immediately goes to 14.9V from alternator. FordPass app working fine. LoJack says 12.8V after drive. Last night did force stop on app, but was no updates for it. Cleared cache and data. Assuming just a software issue with the car or app.

Disabling ESE and ANC will remove the pollution that those two features add to your listening experience. Radio will sound better.

Im not sure about the stock EQ or if it adds a filter, but shop I took Mustang to tapped into one of the back rear speakers for the signal. Subs dont produce sound till volume 8, but afterwards will 5-7, but its ridiculously loud when cut up. Cabin gain is great in these cars.

If a shop did install they should have given you a proof of installation and what power was used, etc. Mine always gives me that in case I ever get stopped.
