I trimmed my single exhaust diffuser using a template that i found here in the site, and it clears my NXT quad tip axleback exhaust perfectly. We used the same template on a coworkers car, he installed the MBRP straight pipe axle back and it fit as well. But god, that straight pipe sounds awful...
I'm not sure that improving quality would do either, but it would reduce Ford's warranty expense and increase the public's perception of Ford as a quality manufacturer. We all know the weak spots on the cars and bought them anyway!
In 2020, Fords warranty expense was $2B GREATER than GM's! Not...
I thik at the end of this 19 page thread, its plain tha WE don't have any say in whether the Mustang is "saved" or not. We did our part, we bought them, the rest is up to the suits at Ford. And be assured that despite what any of them may say, the immediate $ is the ONLY deciding factor in...
Toyota's solid state battery technology promises 800-900 mile range with sub 30 minute charging time. Its a comin...
We have come Mach E customer that love them, but they bought knoing what they were getting into. Bandwagon jumpers, well they traded pretty quickly. But a $60K Mach E was...
Mine had 4 miles on it and I was there when it came off the truck, drove it to PDI, from PDI to the wash, and from the wash to the delivery area, then home. No one has driven it but me in a year, and no one ever rode in it except for a woman that I saw for a few months.
But having been in the...
Well, I can tell you for a fact that EV's do NOT have less warranty costs, at least the Mach E and Lightnings. One battery negates all teh little BS stice that goes wrong with ICE cars, at least for now. I believe, if left to gro on its own,m that the EV market will increase gradually to a...
I changed my oil friday, and emptied the separator at that time. Mine is the round canister type with the screw off reservoir, and in 2500 miles and had about an inch of oil in it.

Right, Op said it was fogging. Water over the bridge. I could fix that in a heartbeat, you would never know and that is taking nothing apart. That is the best thing about this forum, research and you can get pretty educated.
That is if you want to be educataed...
Here is the cold, hard truth from my perspective, and hopefully any body techs can back me up on this. There are two ways to address this, one is by touchup and buffing, which nets a 95% result. The other is to sand and feather and base coat the fender, and clear the fender and hood and door for...
The only way to cut them that I know of that wouldn't take you a month to Sundays is a cutoff wheel. My concern would be the heat generated by the cutoff wheel may change the temper in the studs causing them to fail prematurely. Not a metallurgist or anything but just thinking that.
I use an inflation calculator for a lot of stuff, its a real eye opener. I made $121K in 2014, adjusted for inflation, that's around $167K today, and I make nowhere near that now. On the other hand, the new GT I bought in 2014 stickered at $33K, and the one I just got stickered at $44K, which is...
This is my 8th Mustang, last one was a '14 a few years back, so I missed the S550's altogether, except for seeing them at work. Is it the best one so far? Yes! Is it perfect? No! Some of the stuff that I see people on the forum fussing about leaves me shaking my head. But as my grandad used to...
No, I'm keeping my Grabber Blue '24, but this was the first '25 we've gotten and the first one in this color. I like it, but not enough to trade and have a $1,200/mo payment for it!
...showed up today, Molten Magenta and 700A. The 700A package is up $1,000 over 2024! The hood treatment looks good and this color will pop in the sun!
