From what i see they're just listings for vehicles because they can order them. (the same process we're in) They're not actual cars sitting in their lots.
I've seen multiple people get a build date days, or a couple weeks after they order it. Meanwhile we sit for months and months for nothing. It's ridiculously unfair. Even in my case of the NP delaying it, I'm not buying it. It is not that hard to make some pieces black. Should be first ordered...
Even if we miraculously get scheduled thursday, which i doubt we will, and our build date is end of october, we likely wont see it till early 2024 at the earliest.
Wrapping it doesn't bother me a bit, I'm going to regardless, only parts that stop me from removing NP are the rims and headlights, which I know aren't that hard to do, but more of a hassle
Yeah I understand the counterside to it without a doubt. At the same time though its letting me save up more and more for the downpayment, which will just mean lower payments so theres at least some upside.
And i know a lot of people will probably think im stupid for insisting on NP when im wrapping the car anyway, but the extra $1000 is worth not having to deal with the hassle of finding / selling rims. Though its criminal that the stock rims aren't wider to begin with.
Honestly? Lazyness. I plan on wrapping the entire car myself anyway, its a bit of a hobby, but I know nothing about rims and dont feel like going through the hassle of selling/buying.
