I've had our DH for 5 months, have 5 chips on the hood and 1 on the bumper. I don't recall any rocks being tossed my way, but with Tampa drivers and roads, anything is possible. I think the paint is simply thin. Agreed, gotta cut costs somewhere, but now it's just needing a good coating and PPF...
Finally got around to getting some StanceSF07 Wheels, here is a before:
And after:
Running 305/35 at 20x11 in the rear and 285/25 at 20x10.5 in the front. Got them through Get your wheels after reaching out to Stance from the forum. Fitment I think is perfect.
I don't use the parking brake, but I have it most every time i back out. Happy to say when I drive around, park, leave, it doesn't happen then... Only when overnight.
I too have a slight "click" or clank when the car is stopped in the garage and i reverse out. It only does it once, and I had a similar issue with my Focus ST. Chalked it up to the brakes hanging a tad
They are merging/have been merging teams, and while on the Google Map side they have a lot of the same/similar features, AA is their own thing. To each their own though, and while I never used the report feature, some do, and maybe they will add the report feature to AA.
Nothing beats Android Auto + Google Maps. Yes, Waze was bought by Google and has been merging features for a while now.
Now, there are times when Android Auto isn't working, and the built in nav comes in handy in a pinch, but if I didn't have it included for 3 years, I would never worry about it.
1. Love my Grabber Blue
2. My wife absolutely loves it too.
3. Replaces a 2014 GT that I had years ago, filling the void of that car.
4. It's super comfortable to drive.
5. Engine/Exhaust sound
6. All the techy bits. Dash, puddle lamps.
7. The attention to detail and little easter eggs.
8. I...
Similar to others with Android Auto needed the USB cable before itll resume Wireless connectivity, I actually chalk that up to Google and their updates. I usually update ASAP when i see new features, but recently, I had to reset the BT and forget my car and phone, as wirelss andriod auto was NOT...
BMWs are notoriously expensive to fix outside of warranty. I personally don't like their rough ride, but aside from that, a Vette WOULD be nice, but i needed rear seats :)
I've called 3 different dealers local to me: "They don't have the calibration disk from Ford" is what I was told every time. My Wheel is a bit off center, so they won't even attempt to check the alignment until they get their part from Ford.
I ripped my B&O sub out and put my Skar 12" rear firing sub and box in with a 600-watt amp powering it. Used a LC2i with the source of the factory sub providing the input and couldn't be happier with bass after that. I didn't trust the side firing sub and loved the Skar in my Focus, so it...
I just noticed a very small dent in the passenger kick plate/doorjam area, a bit lower than the strike plate, after closing the door and it hit the belt buckle. Definitely after seeing this thread, and happening to us tonight, very likely it was the belt buckle. thankfully, our paint is fine...
