Now I have a S650 GT that I drive everywhere I go and I haven’t had anybody on my ass. I had my dark horse out for the first time this year a couple weekends ago and two different times some dude right against my back bumper. And they make an effort to catch up and get there.
I did dust a hemi...
I have an Oxford white 2025 GT I bought new last month. Since your car is also white, have you noticed a difference in the white on the sheet metal vs the white on the plasics(grille shell, rear bumper)? Mine looks kinda like it is a compromise that would fit Oxford and Wimbledon and leans more...
And I don’t know if it’s just a Dark Horse thing or what but my DH driveshaft has a factory black paint on it. It had a rough texture and was dull like asphalt paint or something but I sanded that paint smooth and removed the labels before I painted it with a light coat of gloss black...
I cleaned the rust off with a scotch brute and fine emery cloth then light prime and light paint. Did that on my Fark Horse and my GT. No issues on either with vibration. Im the only one who sees it but it looks a lot better.
I bought this on Amazon. Got two for about $30. Work perfectly and though I didn’t need two I figured a spare couldn’t hurt then a I bought a second mustang so now I have the same one on both cars. Even more perfect. And Amazon is good about customer service and returns if needed.
Installed the Steeda H-pipe on my 2025 GT. Much louder in track mode, very nice in quiet mode. Sounds great in between. I cut the OE with a chain type exhaust cutter and trimmed the bolts down for a super clean install.
I have J&L too. I have been meaning to ask about clean vs dirty. On this one, the can is mounted on the left side and connection is to the right side cam cover and a point in between the throttle bodies. So I guess it’s a dirty side one. Don’t remember where I bought it from. Seems to work good...
I have the combo and it looks just fine wouldn’t change a thing. Recalls are very comfortable too IMO. Notorious blue calipers are a little loud but I like em.
“I have a low tolerance for dishonest cops, and an even lower tolerance for the multitude of officers and laws that we have in this country”
if you have a low tolerance for dishonest cops that’s all of them.
Here, dark tint is illegal, used to be like 35% at most not sure about now but every...
I’d be interested and I don’t care if it’s a DH wheel or not. The lighter the better so I’d want a front wheel off any that will clear the brembo and work on either end. I’ve been looking at the donut at about 350 but that includes a scissor jack, etc.
Dark Horse, 6 speed, handling package, Whipple, and never ending grin. Checks all the boxes for me.
and I love the everything about my car including the dark under the headlights.
Haters gotta hate though.
I don’t know that I’d call it road rage, but it’s common that when I’m driving there’s a car right on my ass. All different cars or trucks. My DH is handling package, but judging from this thread I don’t know that it matters. I have two pickup trucks I drive one or the other every day of the...
Elaborate some on the power - the way the car acts and drives. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on the supercharger but I like the idea of not pulling the intake manifold and with the centrifugal I keep the shock tower brace. Just asking your input on performance and is the centrifugal noisy?
Hope your deal happens like you want it to.
Mine is 2024 Blue Ember appearance and handling package, 700A with the tremec. Car was made in 9/24, stickered 76,705 I paid 72,810 in 4/2025. I added the Steeda H-pipe (used the standard clamps with no issues in more than 2500 miles). It sounds...
