Get a driving instructor first. You can upgrade the car all you want... but if you really want to learn to drive, you should get a street legal track car that has no electronics or driving aids/aero ... light and cheap. run some r compounds. Go beat that car up learning to drive. Do they...
Slip on spacers are the way to go if you can in terms of safety. Can't run anything other than that on the track... for the reasons you stated. And I'm a track guy so I get it.
That said... I've run, for many years and on several cars... street cars, the bolt on spacers. Zero...
Maybe I'm off... I thought I saw a 2 x 60mm throttle body setup recommended (reminds me of the similar TB from the IROC Z and Corvettes 1985+ lol
So are the intake ports of the intake manifold opened up since there would be 2 x 80mm OEM S650 throttle bodies feeding the intake manifold?
It's a racing intake. If you're team racing these cars seriously or a serious road racer yourself and you're in a you're not using the OEM ecu anyway. I'd love to see some runs with this intake... I'm guessing will probably take a hit in the midrange.

Mine are tight. I played with them to adjust panel alignment. I see zero movement, but then again, I haven't had the car really in to triple digit speeds. On the race car at 150+mph... the glass hood has a lot of movemente.
That may be the case. Mine doesn't. But those vents will produce a low pressure area which will produce lift in that area. If the threaded rubber stops are loose, it will allow for more movement.
Scratch that... it does.... a lot. Not at the front, at the rear by the windshield 80mph+...
Same car, same wheels, with a stick. 1" wheel spacers and a throttle controller. I used a non-adjustable saleen model. There are many. Those two relatively inexpensive mods will change the look of the car externally (fills out wheel wells), and dramatically change the throttle response...
We're not talking about the front the car. We're talking about the hood vent assembly on top of the hood. The vents themselves create a high pressure area just in front of them, resulting on a low pressure area on top and right behind them. That's what "pulls" air though them at speed...
The hood vents will create a low pressure spot on the center of the hood, and when going fast enough the hood can flutter. That's what you're seeing. Check out the hood bump stops (rotate to adjust).... check the rear hinge assy for up/down slop. I've never experienced that in the S650...
It's a GT (Grand Tourer ... like a 928 GT). You want a "GT3" version of the mustang GT... .get a loaded Dark Horse. Personally... having come from 18 years of road racing, owning 25 911's over the years, Ferraris, etc... The GT does GT perfectly. The tall gearing is great.... Nice bit torquey...
Go to amazon and buy a coolant tester to test if there are any hydrocarbons/COâ‚‚ in the coolant to see if you have an obvious head gasket/crack in block/head issue. The next step is to do a pressure test on the cooling system. These are easy and inexpensive to do.
