You sure about that? The car absolutely engine brakes with rev matching on. Surely you aren’t saying you use the clutch to brake? If you’re going into a lower gear at lower RPM than you should then you are just burning up the clutch instead of your brakes. Brakes, even the full brembo brakes...

Rev matching is the game changer that removes the only valid reason IMO to not want a manual transmission in a daily. It makes constantly and rapid downshifts quite pleasant. No more guessing if I have the RPMs right and having the car jerk if I’m not perfect each time. Plus it sounds cool...

That’s apples to oranges though as the Aussie GT is detuned stock and comes in 15-21 horsepower below a base GT in the states.

I know. I‘ve got over 10k miles on my 24. I find the gearing to be perfect. But I also don’t race the car.

I had those on my 2014 Mustang GT. Would not recommend, but then again I think the stock S650 GT has plenty of power.

The CS stickers are way more subtle than that. They taper off, are half black, and don’t have a Mustang graphic built in. Also they’re not a faux GT which is wildly better.
