I wonder what are the benefits of blend vs full synthetic. I guess with blend you get best of both worlds?

How does your vin dictate the amount of quarts? My build date is from October of this year. I thought that might mean something but I’m not sure.

Even with a blend it will hold to 5k?

From my reading the tick in itself isn’t really bad or am I missing something? Also what is your interval with that blend.

Why are you using the blend and not full synthetic? Dang you were low from the dealer. Sheesh

Yeah wix is great. Maybe I can save and just use the motorcraft stuff instead of Amsoil. Full synthetic of course.

I do the same as well. My dad taught me to always fill up the filter first. And throw some on the o ring. So the blend is what’s currently in my car if I were to fill it up?

Are these motors fillled with the motorcraft blend?

Is it possible I’m just low from factory? If I start documenting daily for the next week and my level isn’t moved what happens next? Maybe the level was like that the entire time.

Everyone seems to have a different recommendation. I’m not sure why Ford has either listed. But I know I need to stick with one. Is there a reason hot is better?
