I think that they(FORD) have done more then nothing in the last 20 years, just look at the chassis IRS, MagneRide, brakes and other safety features. I am not sure you need re-design iconic vehicles every few years as long as you can properly target the product to the next generation.
Note Ford...
PBBLASTER - Thanks great article with excellent points. BTW- If you are not on Facebook here is the direct link to the article.

In Europe they state that the 2024 Mustang is true re-birth of the American Icon!
Here are the...
In the year 2023 the lowest price V8 sports car was Camaro priced around 40K. Since they no longer make that car if you select the 2025 Model year~45K Mustang GT today, there is no other new V8 car on the market under 40K. Ford can keep the price as is today or increase it, but if you want to...
I agree with your impressions! The DH is worth the extra cash over the GT. You should check out this video. The DH has the best stopping power for a car that has a curb weight close to 4000 pounds. In addition the sound of the engine alone is amazing under acceleration and manual Tremec is...
For key differences between GT premium and DH see the all the details here

Scroll to bottom of page for DH and above the DH section is the the GT
Please see if this touch screen UI stuff could be simplified. For example could all the lighting controls be just on one screen under a single button "Lighting Controls". Why do I have to touch four levels down for each of those controls? As I am reading the User Manual if the UI was simpler...
I am following the tire break-in period per tire manufacture should be 500 miles. During this time the engine is doing it's break-in period as well. It is funny that I never noticed tire break-in back in the good old days being advertised as required, I guess the rubber and mfg. process has...
I totally agree with you about the heat and AC control screen. I keep hoping that maybe a software update in the future could improve the interface and make the icon buttons larger as my fingers are bigger then the icons. Hey, if Ford can give us different dashboards maybe they can improve the...
I guess the latest MotorTrend review suggest that the GT's Getrag M82 gearing is why the extra ponies in the DH do not help much the DH in a straight line drag race. Maybe the DH should have had more ponies to shine against the GT. Attached cut from MotorTrend web article.
I have not driven a Mach1, but other people that did claim that the DH is the best yet. Here is a youtube review by a guy who has driven all mustang models and his take on the DH.
OK, if you place that number into the calculator it should cost ~68.5K in 2024, but the 2025 DH is I think much better car then the 2021 Mach1 and the MSRP for 2024 year for the DH was around 70K with the handling package. It is true that salaries have not increased by ~30% for many folks.
Now the vehicle front has way many rectangles, triangles and needs some small circular fog lights in the front grill areas maybe were the triangles are to add some balance now that the head lights are no longer round.
To be honest my 2011GT Premium 6 speed had MSRP of ~36K in the year 2011. If you take that number into an inflation calculator you get a number of ~50.3K in 2024. Recall that 2011 had solid axle and ~400Hp-V8 engine. Checking the 2025 pricing numbers from motor1.com (snap attached) The 2025 GT...
Yes, the 2025 price increase is probably higher then it should be, but I keep thinking are there any sports cars with V8+6speed manual at 500hp output with back seat for less then 70K? Now that Camaro and Challenger are out Ford is the only player in town.
