I spent months researching the pros and cons on this topic. Some days I would lean one way and on other days the other way. It was very frustrating because I saw benefits with both and when you are about to make a big financial commitment you want to make sure there are no regrets afterwards...
Nooope! I actually felt/feel better about things. I think its great that there is an aspirational Mustang rather than just another. Usually things trickle down not up. One could argue that a Dark Horse is a baby GTD. There are after all six variants of the platform going from good to...
I can't stand AS/S and disable it (permanently) every chance I get. My 2019 F-150 (XLT Sport) has it (disabled) but thank goodness my 2024 Mustang (Dark Horse) doesn't.

Gotcha. That's very surprising and you are very fortunate if they really did that for you. I am still a little skeptical though.
When I was in the market only ONE dealer in the entire state of Arizona was selling at MSRP. Every other dealer was marked up. Even though some dealers were...
I have mixed feelings about this. Some people may not have a choice. $5K-$10K markup is enough to push some people out of the market. Not to mention the sour feelings about such a large increase for people that wanted or needed to wait.
MY25 Dark Horse Premium still includes the B&O. Even so, MY25 speced the same as my MY24 is $6K more. I told my wife this was going to happen. I had to justify the early adoption somehow!
Interesting take. I kind of see it the other way... the more you drive the more you would likely need the protection. But I get your point... if what is being driven isn't really worth saving then maybe the expense to protect it isn't worth it either.
Then that begs the question of "worth"...
