Fog lights + dimming mirrors are pretty common in cars cheaper than the S650. But if someone decides to not buy a vehicle because it's missing a few features probably wasn't interested in the vehicle in the first place.

No fog lights, no dimming/powered side mirrors, no parking sensors in the front. It's all cost cutting measures. Every manufacturer is guilty of it.

Good.. No reason to give the other dealer your business if they're not willing to do the minimal amount of effort on their end and verify that order banks are open.

My local dealer also told me order banks were closed. I drove to the next closest Ford dealer and placed an order there.

I'm really only added the NP package for the blacked out headlights, mirrors, badges and spoiler. I wish Ford would allow us to omit the black roof if it meant getting our cars quicker.

TBH as a daily driver I enjoy a bigger screens as it's easier for me to see the map, current music playing, etc. I drive a Tesla and although I'd prefer some manual controls, having the map/music player on a giant screen makes everyday driving much better.
