Just to be clear here: I personally don't care if everyone else on the planet hates the car. I will still be buying one. I like it. I don't care what anyone else thinks. I make purchases based on what I like, not what others like.
With that said, I do think the car will do well overall. I've...
Yes, let the propaganda spread like wildfire, much in the same way some notable influencers erroneously jumped to call the S650 a Camaro (I'm looking at you, Jonny Lieberman). Let the flyers litter the streets of every major city. I'll gas up the Cessna.
I don't think there's a need to repent on the part of the design team. The car looks great. You can freely disagree - it doesn't change the fact that people that are not shogun32 like the car, nor does it change the likelihood that people that are on the fence about it will come around in a...
I think the S650 will be as well. There are always detractors. But, I think once these things hit the streets, people become accustomed to the exterior lines and the interior, we'll be saying the same thing - especially if it outperforms S550.

I agree, and I think its funny they suggested that considering Millennials are all about self-driving cars. With that said, I can definitely see having the infotainment screen that high up and close to the main cluster as a benefit on track - especially if you can display several...
You know, you bring up a great point. And on that point, can't wait for people to start comparing the new electric Banshee to the lines of the S650. See below:
The fact is that the '67 Camaro very clearly ripped off the Mustang's lines. It only got worse in '69 (nice) when the Mustang...
The bean counters at Ford would never allow a product to go into production if they legitimately thought it was going to flop. No shot. They would have discontinued the Mustang by now if it didn't make at least some financial sense to keep it around.
People are entitled to their opinion. It is what it is. Captions also tend to sway comments. I would have just posted it and asked for opinions. But if you like it, what do you care what other people think?
With that said, you have to realize that, statistically speaking, most people are stupid.
