It is very limited in my area. Not taking the dealer side on this. But they are very limited.

In Colorado, there's only 2 in the state available. 1-white auto, 1 Black manual. You can get either for MSRP. But they don't last long here. You have to know when is the right time to buy them.

I'm a Ford guy so... But whatever you decided to go with manual/auto they are both kickArse driving experiences IMO. For the money, I would take a supercharged DH over a base vette any day.

Again, just odd to me, but the base(ish) vette and DH are 15-20k apart from each other where I live. I mean the only comparison I really see is they are both top in American muscle. That means I can supercharge my DH or get a base(ish) vette for roughly the same price. To me a no brainer. My...

We all see things differently, ...or that used to be the case. I went with the Dark Horse because it is more of a common man's car. Just raw power without all the flare. Plus I like the styling much much better. if I wanted fun luxury, I would have kept my continental or went euro. C8 doesn't...

I find it "weird" that the vibe here is that an automatic Dark Horse is somehow not fun to drive. :crazy:

In my day, most V8s didn't come in manuals for a reason. Only the weaker engines needed it. But then again, we didn't have internet marketing campaigns swaying people's opinion. Enjoy wearing out those clutches. :thumbsup:

Kind of a bummer to think Ford made doing the oil change such a pain in the ass. anybody come up with a way to do it without removing the underbody tray?

I get what you're saying. But for me, a manual V8 seems like overkill. It's why I went with the auto. I test drove a GT manual and didn't have to take it out of 2-3 gear for most city driving. Seemed awkward for my style of driving. I would do a manual in a turbo 4 cylinder all day, every day...

Yeah, I figured. Car performs like a raw animal without them. I'll put them on just because, might help with mpg.

Do you ever notice a difference between having them on/off with highway driving?

I figured I would put them on when I get it off the ground. I do a lot of highway driving so I was wondering if I would notice the differecene.

The dealership I bought my Dark Horse from didn't install them and left them in the trunk. Along with the shipping blocks. What's the thoughts on them?

I don't know what military officers make...but go to Phil Long Ford's website and you'll notice all the loaded mustangs are on his lots outside of the academy in Colorado Springs and not in Denver. Sometimes you just have to read the room.

I like the overall look of the mustang as well. But everybody's opinion are different. The interior of my loaded 2020 Lincoln Continental put both to shame IMO. And it was really fun to drive. They should have put a V8 in it...But all manufacturers collaborate on which markets they will compete...

In Colorado, good luck finding the DH that you want. It's not going to happen IMO. Here, the air force cadets buy them up as soon as they hit the lots. I was lucky to get a shadow black. Teal color is the only thing that is sitting. With that said, I bought just after taxes and before...
