I believe they're just alignment pins. It does look like one of them had a kind of attachment on the back of it but it comes off easy enough if you pull it.

Be advised, the emblem is pinned, so you'll need to work your way around those. Heat gun and plastic floss are the way to go.

Great! I did get the kydex and got the holes covered today. First time using kydex, and it works and looks great. I will say there was not much debris from the opening, but it did give me a chance to fluid film it all when I had the liners out.

After reading about the holes in wheel well liners in the gt quirks thread, I pulled the wheels and liners and patched the holes with kydex and some rivets.

This guy is way too excited.

I THINK that was done for rear seat access, that said they put the release in the stupidest f***ing place possible.

@Ford Motor Company, this needs an answer asap. I'm in michigan and will be driving this car during winter. Issuing a fix on this will certainly be cheaper than the alternative.

Agreed and FoMoCo was so close with this one asthetically. Get rid of the blue ports on the grill, just run the grill edge to edge, and drop the silly ass blue from the wheels. Love LOVE the previous gen CS.
