I kept the OEM sub installed and taped into the out wires. I don't remember the LOC I used but it had a remote out which worked without connecting to the battery or any power supply. I still have issues with thump as Ford likes to throw up random power signal impulses.
I bought the sub through a local shop. It is truly a high quality sub. The enclosure is through ebay. Amp was through Crutchfield. I taped into the sub output lines to a LOC.
Finished off the installation this morning: Trident 1 Ohm, Rockford Fosgate sub amp, remote gain control, sub enclosure off ebay (custom to the s650). WiFi connected to YouTube plus over 600 music tracks on a 1 Tb jump drive. They only thing missing is my ability to play videos. Google...
So I googled for a 2024 mustang gt coolant reservoir tank cover. What I get is a large Mustang supplier listing it for $164 while several others list it for $82.99~87.99. When prices are that far off, especially during Black Friday Week, something is going on.
They told me 4-5 weeks delivery. Much to my surprise and glee. it came today. It took 45 minutes to install. I ordered directly from Roush.
There are a few other mods in the photo.
The paint is in excellent condition as the car is brand new. Light compound removes any micro scratches and surface crud the clay bar might have missed. Redundant effort? Yes.

Steps taken in order:
Wash car
Clay bar
Remove any swirls etc with Menzurna 3800 using a Flex 3401 w/Lake Country Orange pad
Wipe with 50% RODI~ 50% (91%) IPA, change wiping towels often (70/30 brand new towels)
Wipe again and again checking paint surface with a high lumen...
