I wonder if the system misread that as 80. Not saying it's ok, just speculating on why it happened. We had issues with that system detecting construction/temporary speed signs in our Explorer. I never felt comfortable using it.

Do you have speed sign recognition enabled for adaptive cruise? You can disable it in the settings, under Driver Assistance.

Essentially yes, that's seems to be normal. If you notice they even covered the exposed edge of the bumper cover with black textured trim. On my 2020 that edge was exposed w/o the trim. It it desirable, no. But, that in particular seems to be "functioning as designed" 🙄

This is a "real" tire, however I will still treat is as a temporary spare. I will not be ripping down the highway on one of these, but it seems sturdy enough to get me out of a pinch. I posted the tire specs above.

The tire I received from Automotive Authority is a 155/60R20. With a load rating of 113 and a speed rating of Q. I personally will treat it like a factory spare and stick to 55-60 mph for as little time as possible. I routinely make a 70 mile trip and wanted something a little more reliable...

Florida has state licensing requirements on who can sell warranty products. The seller must be licensed to do business in and by the state. Most out of state Ford dealers (Granger, Flood, etc.) are not going to be licensed in FL. Even internet sellers have to be licensed.
