This is interesting. I have a MAN pedal in my DH, so there's that, but my BRaptor.......
I wonder if it will work in the BRaptor....now I need to find out! I never had a reason to double-tap the go pedal, and I have used the paddles here and there, but this may be fun in sport mode.
Hmmmm, I do not think so. I have driven in sport mode on the street, and I did try track mode. The ride did not stiffen up to the point it was uncomfortable, but I would say handling felt like it was on a wire. Even in normal mode, I can feel the suspension bits I have working, but in sport and...
I run a Ford Performance Whipple. Loving it. The Whipple just fits, and the quality of the kit is top-notch. Also, Whipple has been around for a bit, so tuners know how to squeeze the juice from it and still have a safe setup. A properly staged 2 setup on a DH is more than enough on the street...
Well, not today, but over the weekend I ordered new screws (quick release) for my rain tray. I also ordered an 112 mm and a 3.75 pulley. I went with a Shoemaker tune, so for now I have my stage 1 setup running on that tune. Once I receive my TB and pulley, I will load the Stage 2 in. That will...
I can also chime in on the dual-rate springs. I have the Steeda Ultimate handling dual-rate for the Magnaride system, and I can tell you they are great. Now, of course, I am lower than most DH's so you can tell that way, but the ride- the ride is great. Normal driving, you would not know the...
I run a Watson 4-point with a back seat delete.
It was approved by the 1 lady committee because nobody is getting in the back seat to begin with, and it made the car safer.
LOl, I am not a good example....I have changed a lot of things. When I do get a session in on this setup, I think it will not disappoint.
I'm running GLoc pads all the way around, and I have Goodyear F1 Supercar 3Rs. The Warhorse is not a daily, so no issues with the setup; also, I do not go...
I have just done this to my intake tube. Wear a rubber glove (surgical-style latex glove) on your off hand, and use your non-gloved hand to guide. The letter will not stick to the glove the way it can stick to your fingers.
Take your time, lightly place and make sure it where you want to be. I...
I see what you are saying, but understand this. My GT500 was a handling pack, with the cambers. I did not add anything else to it. I had a TB from Kong, and a CAI from Kong Performance. I never used the TB from Kong. Suspension-wise, it was as it came. Tire size was the same with the P zeros...
Well, I came out of a 2021 GT500. Had some mods, was fun and fast, but the one thing I never liked was the transmission. Yes, the DTC is wonderful. Shifts faster than you can blink. But man, was it boring. Driving the car using my paddle shifters felt like I was playing a session of Gran...
I love the Darkvue Elite 10 for this reason. It's not intrusive, fits behind the rearview mirror, and you hardly notice the rear cam. Darkvue Cloud is easy to use, and their parking setup is top-notch.
Nice run-down that stretch. What people do not talk about with the DH is it has quite a few upgrades built in, parts from the GT500....so you are a step ahead of a GT. As you now see, a DH Supercharged is a very fun ride!
Enjoy! Keep the rubber on the road.
I have not had an issue with size, I believe it is the relationship you develop. I have dealt with one dealership mostly in Miami. I have dealt with a few others, but I will say my main dealership treats me really well.
Went to our cars n coffee. What a show. Everything and anything was out this morning. From an actual F1 race car build to a bike setup as a Seadoo Jet Ski.
Was great turn out as usual. I am trying to process my crap-tastic camera work. I did have someone send me some pics of the WarHorse.
