Maybe driving is very slow on an island, I don't know.
I love Track Mode, but when I am cruising along on the highway it drones in an annoying fashion in both ears, and I have to switch it.

Well, this is not 100% true, either. Turbos are not tied to the engine speed like a centrifugal blower is. A lot of turbo engines have gobs of torque at extremely low rpm.
Oh, and you cannot ever fully turn it off (somebody else can correct me if I am wrong about this).
Drag Mode and Sport Mode are different.
Track Mode is different again.
When you select Drag Mode, it neuters the traction control (it does not fully go away). I have confirmed in person that...
Now roll into the throttle. Try your best not to spin as you go from sitting still to moving, and roll into the throttle with an attempt to be full throttle after you are moving and see what happens.
