While i recognize, it’s currently in the shop, did you by chance try a gas can/container test? As in fill a container (shows pump works), use filled container to add fuel to vehicle tank. Does it flow smoothly or gurgle and burps (venting?)

That’s pretty much how it works. So far the allstate/progressive (dongle) tag along tuner hasn’t made an appearance for the s650 (at least not that i’ve seen). assuming op means a simple plug-n-pray (play) device that simply turns up the common params regardless, a self contained tune in a can

While i agree the goop (bcm recall) seemed to indicate a different process. Hadn’t seen an abundance of reports detailing inspection passed no windshield lift nor goop for you. but for the most part, yeah inspect/diagnose, if symptoms noticed, order part, replace part.

Why would they change procedure mid-stream? Seems i recall the last time there was a water issue it was goop first inspect second, or at least that’s what was widely reported.

‘Tuning’ is more than just software tweaks. But for some reason i suspect that’s not the hitch in the giddy up.
