Seems like those handles would require you so slam the trunk pretty hard while you pull your hand out of the way no? Also, wouldn't the strap get caught in the seal? Im all for making life easier, but this seems like it would over complicate a minor inconvenience.
If you drive an Exotic, every mechanic and detailer assumes you have money and no sense, and will try to bend you over. Its a challenge to find reasonable pricing for anything.
The Mach 1s (and I think Gt350s) had single piston rears same as the non PP S650. There was absolutely no problem on the track.
And for the record, non PP brakes are still Brembo's and do a great job. If you aren't tracking the car there is nothing to be concerned about.

At no point did I ever get any notification...
When I was test driving S650s I started out with two base Manual GTs. Coming from Tremec I wanted to see the difference. The base Manuals felt slowish off the line and I didn't really like the ratios. When I switched to the Auto there was a NOTICEABLE difference. Much improved off the line and...
No offense Matt but "advanced nano technology" is the stuff Iron Man uses. 🤣
Nano coating on the other hand refers to the micro coating used in many ceramics. Which is basically just marking speak for what most ceramic coating does when applied. So unless your turning into a vendor rep, let's...
