Idk man, first off, as the s650 isn't an ev, I don't know what you mean by thanks ev. Secondly, the fender height looks to be comparable with the s550,with the headlights and grille looking slightly lower than the s550. Maybe you're right, time will tell. But for now, the front end on this...
I presume you're taking about climate change? That's been proven time and time again man. The earth has been shown to have many cycles of temperatures trending up and down over and over for billions of years. Humans didn't spark this trend of increasing global temperatures. But there's concrete...
Ok, but it's plastic, so it should be relatively easy and cheap to replace it if you want to. Plus we've established it takes well over a decade for most modern plastics to fade.
So just keep around tech that's slowly making the earth uninhabitable lol? I'm not saying hydrogen and evs powered vehicles are perfect. But they're a lot better than the alternative of just sticking with what we have and doing nothing.
Yeah, I think one of three things is going to happen with the mustang movie forward. 1. Ford just makes everything related to the mustang all electric, not a terrible idea, but it would probably upset a handful of hardcore mustang enthusiasts. 2. Ford keeps the v8, but only in exclusive high end...
You have a right to your opinion, I personally think that's a great evolution of the design we have today. It's agressive enough without being too over the top.
That actually looks quite good imo. As ace mentioned, imagine a more angler body to go along with that and it looks even better. Kinda looks like the best elements of the mach-1, gt500, and pre-facelifted front ends all added together.
My car, a 5th gen explorer, has these black parts over the a, b, and c pillars to give it this cool contrasting look. In the 6years we've owned it, the color has remained the same. The oldest explorers in this gen are 12 years old by this point, and they don't seen to be having any issues...
Bro, those look nothing like the s550 in terms of the side view design. The s550 and those have long hoods and short deck lids, flared fenders, and some nice curves, that's about it. You're reaching here. My younger bro who knows basically nothing about cars could easily tell the f-type apart...
I see a modern interpretation of the '67 in the s550. Just because it's curvy doesn't mean it looks like a jag lol. I'd actually argue a car with bulging and flared surfaces looks more muscular than a slab sided box.
I'm not trying to be a contrarian, I just genuinely don't like the design. Most people I've talked to like the design like it because it's retro, ok, but is it attractive? I say no the front end is nice, that's about it. Liking it just because it's retro doesn't mean it's a good design. The...
Well we can agree to disagree. I've never found the challenger to be beautiful lol. The current one has terrible side and rear view proportions imo with it's plus sized booty. But that's design for ya, it's not cut and dry. One man's Jaguar e-type is the next ones aztek.
We'll look at something like the 996 911. That car was hated for years after it came out, mostly the headlights. But it has a strong cult following now, because it looks a little unique compared to other 911s.
Agreed, I've always said that the 5.0 is like the offspring of an old school American v8, and a 2jz. It has the American character to it, but it's also very durable and easy to tune to insane power levels. Truly a perfect engine as you said.
