@Feedme ..... I really like that look. I am considering painting the black fascia on the rear of my 2026 Mustang GT Premium. I had a 2014 Mustang and really liked the way the front and rear were painted .....as was said it's a "clean" Look.
@Arthonon ..... love to see the good sales numbers - and - I'm doing my part. Just traded my 2024 Mustang GT Premium Convertible (vapor blue metallic) on a 2026 Mustang GT Premium Convertible (molten magenta tri-color) both space grey interiors, AT, 401A high package, Bose 12 speaker with trunk...
No oil - if anything brake cleaner......but as many have said just drive it for a few minutes after washing it or drive it and brake a few times after it sits.
19 is a default code that all orders are initially assigned. I questioned that and asked for assurance that I would receive my build in the spring. The dealer assigned it a 03 code when submitting my order to Ford. That was the lowest code (highest priority) that my dealer could assign. I have...
@Frogdog1 .....agreed.....and if my memory serves me correctly when the jack rails first came out it stated they were not for convertibles. Some guys messed-around with the oem stabilizing bars that run under all convertibles from the rear plate under the tire well to the front sides to make...
@erocker.....from what I have seen - yes.....and even if you have the spacers (4 per side?) you now have four small contact points instead of a full length bar to body contact? If so, IMO Steeda needs to re-tool this jack bar for convertibles. I'm sure they can do that if there's enough demand.
I love Steeda gear but no way would I install these on my 2024 GT convertible. I just don't like how the "fix" leaves matters. For the time being I much prefer to use the OEM jack points.
@omagic89 ..... on THIS forum there was a post from RTR. They make an amazing cover if you cut out your rear valence to install dual tips on a single tip valence. The two RTR covers look factory install and are a super reasonable price.
@turbo707 ..... brilliant idea to document and take pictures. Document, document, document and then document some more. When discussing this with service (I 'd like the manager involved) I'd have my phone discreetly recording the conversation.....just in case. You have a lot of money in that rig...
I have had my vehicles, going on 30 years now, sprayed with a clear oil. The product is now called Corrosion Free. I still know the owners of most of the cars I sold as they are family and friends who want a car from a truly ocd guy (that's me). No rust on them anywhere. I'll try to attach some...
@Junkyard Dog ..... I lived in the country for many years - same problem with my vehicles. I purchased a small portable water softener designed for marine use at a dock (purchased it at West Marine boating supplies). You could purchase cheap backflush kits to revitalize it and even replacement...
@Cz_Ziemniak .....agree 100%. When younger I used to rally several sports cars. We had to take six week ends of written and practical courses and then complete a rally course with an adjudicator present to get our rally license (participating card). To compete your car was checked for safety...
......IMO if some AH looking for clout runs into a tree that's one less moron on the road - as long as they don't take anyone with them. Any 50 who chases some AH into a tree or bridge abutment should get a bonus.
@zerobio ..... I think you have a pretty good chance of having a block heater installed on a "Canadian" model. Ford knows your DH is headed to Canada as your ordering dealer will have a Canadian dealer code. Fingers crossed. If not a professional removal of a frost plug and insertion of a...
@FrontRangeRyder ..... I have the Vapor Blue metallic too. It changes colors in the bright sunlight. I get a lot of comments on it. I am generally not a fan of stripes but yours do look great - "elegantly menacing"..... LOL
@Abe09 ..... on one of the car forums there was a discussion about a software application that could AI a room, a house - anything for colors and wallpaper etc. One of the forum members took a picture of his Mustang and tried a bunch of stripes then took his final version to a trim shop. I...
