You can run TMG with JBV1 for jamming needs. I can't vouch for the system personally, but many JBV1 users run it. And we're very spoilt and picky with CM's
Stop/start can actually be dangerous.
My wife's last car had some turbo lag off idle, DSG programmed to get into second gear as soon as you get rolling, which accentuated the lag, and adding stop/start to that was lethal trying to take gap in roundabout traffic.
We could turn off stop/start...

Maintainers are the dogs nuts. My bike was on a maintainer whenever I wasn't riding it. When I sold it in '23 the battery was the original - 9 years old and still turning it over fine.
