That's strange. I know that the European Mustangs have these settings on, but the NA Mustangs stay on when in Park. At least my Canadian Mustang stays on when in Park. Any other US Mustang can confirm what his does in Park?
Edit:
I found out why. You drive your car on Auto headlight mode or the...
Unfortunately I don't have any power in the garage for a battery tender. I'm going to move to Europe where the weather is dropping way below freezing point. Batteries die there all the time. No need for battery eating devices after the car is turned off.
I understand that people don't have issues with the battery. It's not that.
What is not now, can be tomorrow.
I'm saying that I don't want to put too much on the battery, so if there is an option to lower the timer, that's the way to go for me.
Just like the Welcome Lights. I turned it off...
Unfortunately I'm not with the stang at the moment, will be back on Sunday, but I think @Sofa King is right, since the values on our cars are also (0) and the lights are controlled by the light modules.
What I did find, is something new. And if this doesn't work, than I give up on this...
Funny fact after comparing NA vs EU Mustangs.
The radio on the NA Mustang is set to operate for 20 minutes after ignition is off and you are still listening to it.
The radio in the EU Mustang is set to 60 minutes.
In this case the NA Mustang protects the bettery better.
But then we have the...
@roket I'm not giving up. I found something new.

I might have found a very important setting for some people who are interested.
We all knew that the USB port, especially the one that we use behind the rear view mirror for the dashcam stays on for longer than 1 hour.
Some said 1 hour, some said 1 hour and 20 minutes and some said 1.5 hours...

Change these two values to (8). You have (0)
720-05-01 98xx xxxx xx--
Change these to (9) and (8)
727-01-01 30xx xxxx xx--
Change these to (3) and (0)
These settings have my Sirius working in the Caribbean. If we have the same hardware, this should work on...
I'm going to check your radio settings and see if you have a different module. If so we can change modules LOL, I need the one you probably have and you need mine.
Update: I checked yours. I might make your Sirius get to work.
Try this:
706-04-01 xxx* xxxx xx--
Set it to (3)
This is the only thing that is not alligned with your settings. It is now set to ROW while your signs are not from ROW but from NA. It's also a line that the others did not had to change because they already had this value on 3.
If this...
I don't know. The only thing I know is that the TSR only knows 2 signs.
NA and Rest of World, where North America have white sign and the rest of the world has a circle with a red line around it. My guess is that the circle with the red line around it is easier to read for the car. The white...
