Not sure where QLD is however the tracking pages seem to be geographic specific. If you are in the USA you use: Ford Vehicle Order Tracking If you are in Canada you use: Ford Vehicle Order Tracking My Canada order will NOT show up on the US website and I'm sure vice versa.
