Racing on the road at night when nobody was around - well nobody you could see anyway!
Race tracks are for racing (designed for it with appropriate safety and no kerbs!) Roads are for driving on.
No doubt you will get all antsy about 'I can do what I like' but there are so many times when...
UK uses plenty of salt and I daily my car. My S550 at 6 years old had very little corrosion underneath and I did nothing to it. Our cars do get underseal applied, not sure if US cars do?
But of course your opinion is the one that matters!
My car after a winter of salt and wet had minimal damage there and I have since treated the exposed metal and will monitor it. You belittled this on another thread because it doesn't fit with YOUR opinion.
I am speaking about MY car, MY...
Looks like a flap that is bolted in place once the car comes off the line - you can see where it was flexed up. From the pictures of the line the hole is where the shell is fixed to the line before the wheels go on.
Yes as per that link. It can be done in a workshop (static) or on the road (dynamic)
A lot of screens in the UK are done at the owners home or office by mobile units and they would use a dynamic recalibration with equipment plugged into the OBD port.
It really is!
By US standards the Mustang is not that big, but in Europe it is a large GT.
F150 etc are a joke over here - literally don't fit roads, car parks etc.
There is a new Capri EV but it is just a 'coupe / SUV'
Cutting through the political ranting - do these people not realise there is a NO POLITICS rule on this forum.
There is plenty of stock in most European countries at the moment of 2024.5 and a few 2025 cars so there is no reason to send any more over, especially with the uncertainty over...
I am very pleased the car is locked down. It is a connected vehicle so without security it would be possible to access the vehicle at any time to get into it or change functionality.
My son had a problem with his Ford Focus headlight, he rang the dealer and they already knew what the problem...
The only reason the dealer didn't want to to know is because they were not getting paid I suspect.
If it worked before and not after the screen was replaced the responsibility is with the screen fitter. The dealer may need to be involved under the instruction of the fitting company and at their...
You do know Ford doesn't make glass?
The ADAS calibration is usually done on the road and certainly in the UK all glass fitting companies know how to do this.
That would be the responsibility of the screen replacement company. They recalibrate the ADAS after replacing the screen. If they can't do it then the dealer would be involved but it would all be covered by the insurance on the screen. At least that is what happens in the UK.
Post 2 above yours probably has the answer! 15 minute job! This has been reported by a few people as a fix.
Ford UK will authorise the work, nothing to do with Ford US, but they probably haven't worked out what the problem is. If they haven't worked it out after a month they aren't going to...
