Most 91/93 gas is 10% ethenol already.
Use ECAL app to put in how much 93 you have and it’s e content, then put in desired E content you want which is 25-30 . Put in the ethenol content of the e85 your mixing in and it will tell you how many gallons of e85 to add .

Any issues just doing e85 tune with E70 gas I get and switching back to stock tune for winter months? Or am I better off just getting the 91/93 tune to go back to?

I have tracked cars and I agree.Track mode still works very well at giving the throttle a linear response . It is very easy to switch back to stock with my Soler performance iPhone app.
There’s nothing broken.
Factory pedal makes you have to mash the pedal further than I want to when coming off clutch in 1st or just in general.
Most people may not care but I do like having it ramp up faster. It makes a huge difference with my driving style.

After a few months, I Still think it is the #1 best mod for non-tuned Mustang as far as seat of the pants transformation of how the car drives.
I'm on my 4th Mustang with a V8 and have heavily modified them all. It's part of the fun!
