It shouldn't be an issue. Also if you need to you can change the tire size in Forscan. I dont think that would cause any issues, there are quite a few members that have changed there tires and sizes ect.

That noise is the PCV. Mine same exact sound. The dealer checked mine and said as much. Its like a buzzing really fast clicking or vibrating type sound. I think its the metal ball in the pcv vibrating and buzzing from the vacuum pressures. Im not sure if that is the noise called the BBQ tick...
