  1. Ordered Car is now built but showing $1500 more than when ordered

At least know about price protection, that is good. The fact that they say they may give you the difference later, not as good. You want them to sell at the original, protected, price. No matter what way you are paying. Ford pays them in 45-ish days. If you let them give that to you later, you...
  2. 2025 Mustang Order Guide and Price List Released

Last I knew, they were only making 1,965 of them. Not even 1 per dealer. So probably couldn’t get one anyway.
  3. 2025 Mustang Order Guide and Price List Released

For me the issues are: 1. not a clean integration into the dash 2. The reflections on the screen (I just sat in a couple in a showroom, so no outside sunshine, and I could clearly see the white parts of my shirt on it). They need to be tipped slightly 3. loss of double eyebrow dash look So not...
  4. 2025 Mustang Order Guide and Price List Released

Wow, got rid of all the colors that are a color. Doubt that one new one will satisfy everyone wanting the colors they deleted. I would have gotten Atlas, so no ā€˜25 for me. Helps me wait for the dash refresh šŸ˜€
  5. 2025 Mustang Order Guide and Price List Released

@roket (I know, wrong forum), but any chance they posted ā€˜25 Maverick order guides?
  6. First Show.

Glad to hear it went well. You two looked dressed the part šŸ˜„ Thanks for sharing some pics of the show, nice cars.
  7. First Show.

Be sure to close the loop and let us know how your experience was.
  8. First Show.

Hood up. Trunk is optional, depends on the show; most do not, just follow others lead. Windows down is a little tricky. Could make it dusty. Could cause more people to ā€œlean inā€, risking dangly things to touch door. I would start with them up, then see how the show does. Definitely no need to...
  9. All Ford Nationals = Double Win for my 2011 GT and 2024 Dark Horse!

Wish I saw your cars, Iā€˜m sure the pics do not do them justice. Too many cars to see and not enough time. Can’t believe I didn’t think to search out the Dark Horses. Will have to find these next year. Congrats on the wins.
  10. Front inner wheel well issues

You could go to a local auto body paint supply place, if you have one in your area and ask their opinion. You could also check out Eastwoodā€˜s website.
  11. Paint Issue

That will be covered and looks bad enough to probably get it fixed. First thing is to get it documented. I’m sure any body shop will work with you on timing the fix.
  12. 2024 Mustang Convertible antenna

missing something there. Not if that dealer installed during PDI, but they will need to get on that either way. There is a thread on here about people trying to put a shorter antenna on, but not that short šŸ˜„
  13. Ford battery Tender vs Nocu?

I got the same CTEK that @m3incorp posted. It worked great to recondition my lawn mower battery, very useful.
  14. Older guy with manual

Typing too fast, my bad. Fixed my post
  15. Older guy with manual

    Automatic Adaptive Cruise Control
  16. Older guy with manual

Realize there are a couple features you can get on the Auto but not the Manual. Like ACC, remote start and remote Rev. Those may not matter to you at all, but wanted to make sure you knew.
  17. Should I Do This? Exterior Mod Concept for My Car

I too am not a fan of the bumper portion. Not sure why the ā€˜tan lines’ matter. That could only happen if you ever remove the wrap; and since you cannot remove the paint, isn’t the equivalent of just leaving the wrap on?
  18. Recent deliveries and holes

Here is thread on the topic: https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/front-inner-wheel-well-issues.158833/
  19. Factory Matte Clear Film Now Available For 2024 Mustang

Is giving paint time to cure no longer a thing? Waiting until it gets to the dealer at least gives it a few weeks to cure.
  20. Why did you get an Automatic over a 6 Speed?

A little late to this thread, it was an interesting read. I struggle over Manual vs auto. It will mostly be a summer car for me. But will take longer trips, not just a weekend toy. I would like the feel of a manual, but been a very long time since I drove one regularly. I bought a new Chevy...
