Agreed. You can see enough to recognize that at least the front, sides, and elements of the rear are new as well as the interior. Itâs the whole car. Hopefully the wheels are just whatever was laying around and the right size.
Looks like either side scoops are making a comeback or haunches are going to be more pronounced - or both.
overall, the stance and certain visible elements make it look very similar to the s550 complete with ginormous grille.
personally, I think the New Edge is one of the nicest Mustang designs in the history of Mustang.
couldnât stand the jelly bean looking cars prior. The angles gave it both class and aggression.
the s550 is alright. I dig it. But canât wait for ac actual modern looking update.
wish the...
mom with you on the new front end. Just really tacky and wonât age well.
the interior will be nice though. Looks like a close rip off the new BMW interiors, wide slab screens included.
Great skill. The render itself looks great.
But that wonât be the car.
This is basically an s550 with side scoops from the late 90âs and new (but still similar) headlights and grill. The rear quarters are just the current car.
it fits exactly the same way âin that spaceâ if it was not called a âMustangâ and had a different, more suitable and fitting name.
you want an electric SUV in that space, then one from Ford or Tesla or whoever would do.
at this point, a Chevy Camaro is more of a Mustang than the Mach E. Thatâs...
bro. Itâs a really cool SUV.
BUT ITS NOT A mustang.
It was a terrible move to call it that and really hurt the Mustang brand in the minds of most.
the vehicle is no more a Mustang than an F150 - which wouldnât surprise if the new Ford guys want to add an f series into the so called âMustang...
it wasnât really lowered. Some designer thinks they âhidâ it under that atrocious black plastic grille. Thatâs why the grille has a fat âchin at the bottom. Doesnât look too bad in the dark, but in daylightâŚ
Somehow, I had always thought a combination of Mustang, Camaro, and Corvette would be a heck of a lot more appealing.
after seeing that, Iâm afraid to go to sleep as I hate nightmares.
ha! My first car was a â77 âfastbackâ (ok⌠hatchbackâŚ) Mustang 2 With the 302. Bought it used from an older friend in the 90s. He had bought it brand new. It was a great first car. But the engine was sntrangled to death with the 70âs version of emissions controls. A cam, intake, carb, and custom...
Iâm thinking itâs the GT finally getting some love.
ford could clean things up with a base model, a hot performer (GT) and an ultra high performer (Boss/Mach 1/Cobra)
derivatives and legacy badges can fill in the space in later years.
I think thatâs unfortunately the case. But that wasnât the point. The point was to shine light on the straw man argument about the forced induction engine versus a naturally aspirated engine.
I also hope there is a new gen coyote for s650 and hopefully it gets the home run engineering it...
Ford has twin turbo tech down. And theyâve been creating some of the best boosted v8s for a long time now - affordable ones. They can certainly use turbos instead of a supercharger on a forged long block and keep it affordable. If they can do it with ecoboodt 6s, they can do it with 8s.
itâs...
agreeing to disagree is one thing. And thatâs the way to do it next time.
as for commenting, the aesthetic on the front and some of the interior has been revealed.
the front is pretty bad. No way around it. But the interior is actually growing on me now that Iâve adjusted it in photoshop. Has...
first, you donât claim no disrespects dnd then claim someone needs a âreality check.â
So there is a life lesson for you.
Second, anyone who follows automotive news cycles as known Fords sale a primarily driven by SUV/truck markets. They have stated this plainly prior to ending life on all...
The stupid part is the argument that âwe can make a v6 with twin turbos thatâs more powerful than a v8.â
the reality is that:
1) the Chevy z06 proves that wrong.
2) if you do that to the v6, you should do it to the v8. Turbos are better for power and fuel economy than supercharging. Make a...
