Do you have a sound clip of your exhaust setup? I have the Borla S-Type catback installed and I did not know they made an H pipe until your post. You have me considering purchasing the H-pipe and switching it out.

I currently run Borla S-type catback non-active as well. That sounds really good with the headers!

You will want to look at matte ceramic coating and maintenance sprays. Most major brands make these products now.

I have a race red Mustang with the red calipers. I’ve had a few chips in my calipers and use the race red paint code and purchase touch up paint from Dr. colorchip.

Steeda claims 0.8125” on all corners. I was too excited to install the springs that I failed to take measurements prior to lowering.

I jacked my car up from the rear and put jack stands in the rear. This allowed additional working room to install the jacking rails. I used a utility knife to cut the underbody covers.

I'm not supercharged, but I am running Velgen VF5 with 275/35/20 and 305/35/20 with Steeda Progressive magnaride springs. I have not put a ton of miles on with this combo as I just finished the install, but I have not noticed any rubbing on the fenders (knock on wood).

I did install Steeda camber plates and told them that when I had the alignment performed. In the rear, I installed Steeda stop the hop starter kit while I had everything apart. I also installed Steeda front and rear sway bars.

I just lowered my Magneride Mustang with Steeda sport progressive Magneride springs. You just have to make sure whatever brand lowering springs you purchase is the Magneride specific spring. Other than that, there’s nothing special and doesn’t require anything to be recalibrated.

Front spring didn’t seem sketchy with this method? You hear so many conflicting stories. People either don’t sweat doing this or absolutely won’t do it.

What style/brand spring compressor did you purchase? I have the springs in my basement and it is getting warm enough that I want to install them soon. I am back and forth on buying my own spring compressor versus having a shop swap the springs.
