Different wheel types, maybe they sits differently. I'm not 100% sure, i do not have those anti-theft locks on mine.

Not sure.. I feel the opposite, but I switched from manual to automatic, so i can't tell. About the fuel consumption, oddly i drive more calm now (higher gear because of the AT.. i don't tend to be in hi-rev) and my fuel consumption has increased... dunno why.

I don't think it's just about the software.. but also a mechanical difference (ie: the GPF filter). Also, how the HP are tested between the US and EU, you would find that the difference is negligible (I've seen that with my previous Bullitt), so it's not worth to play with the warranty to gain...
