So just something like Rust-Oleum? I was able to turn my wheel and get a better look in there and I do see bare metal but what I thought was rust must've been dirt as it's gone as I washed the car yesterday. I do have some factory match paint for stone chips repair that I can probably brush on...

You can see where the metal on those pinch welds is bare compared to the red painted part. My pinch welds are the same and I was inquiring about the best way to paint those...
