I think having Active Exhaust is worth it. Quad-tip looks way better than single, in my opinion. And sound is amazing in Sport mode.
Moreover my partner prefers the quiet mode when she drives it...
In Australia Ford is giving the first year included in the purchase of the car; after that they want you to pay A$110/year for full in-built functionality. Mainly it includes live traffic navigation and automatic software updates.
You can save those $110 and you won't lose the navigation, just...
I love Mustangs and if I had some money I would buy a Mustang for every series.
I had a 1964 coupe that I recently sold due to lack of garage in the new house. I had also a 2001 Cobra convertible and a 1955 Ford Customline.
We currently own a 2012 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, pretty geared up for...
Before this new GT I had a 1964 Mustang V8, and few mechanics told me to always use the 98 and never use the 91.
Of course different age of the engines, so probably comparable to a certain extent.
I think these V8 or turbo engines work as supposed to with 95 or 98. The E10/91 can be used if needed in particular situations or emergency, but engine may not perform properly if this type of fuel is used constantly.
There is still a chance that, when a car maker says "use 98 or 95", it is to...
Thanks for the reply.
I had the same impression checking some aftermarket parts in the past couple of days.
I will start installing Ford Performance lowering springs, and then I’ll see what’s around.
A few Aussie Mustangs have been affected by this recall. I had mine fixed during the annual service in February; they kept the car for the day as usual. However I haven't driven in heavy rain since then, so I can't tell if it's really been fixed.
I might spray some water and see what happens.
I agree with what AZ_Ryan and Wiley Marmot said.
If you want some decent air filters (and keep the same housing) have a look at this thread: 2024+ Mustang GT Air Intake Filters | Mustang7G - 2024+ S650 Mustang Forum (Dark Horse, GT, EcoBoost, GT500, GT350, Mach 1)
Interesting note at the end of the page you linked: "Note: SYNC 4 cannot be upgraded to SYNC 4A."
I agree with you, no excuse for not having a plug-in option for a front camera.
When I bought the car I was not expecting nor wanted a 360deg camera, but at least some front sensor...
If I may, I...
Here in Sydney I saw a few Ferrari and Lambos in fleet white or uber grey. These cars cost more than the GTD, but people order them in a Camry colour.
Honestly, a Ferrari is either red or yellow. 😁
I was considering an RTR upgrade on my 2024.5 GT.
Of course I love the RTR Spec 5 but cannot afford it. And while I could be able to afford the Spec 3, I'm not sure I want to go down the path of a supercharger.
Do you think Spec 1 or 2 are worth it?
I'm in Australia and they are priced...
