Yessir! If you go to the drag strip often or plan on putting on drag radials which give you a lot more traction you may need to upgrade the axles to the Ford Performance ones and/or the driveshaft. Yet to be known with ESS and ProCharger kits since we haven’t seen the number yet, but for...

The nice thing about the ESS and other Centris is they are easier on the drivetrain. Depending on your use case you may not need to upgrade much else to go with it

Because Ford has locked the ECU and no one has been able to crack it, only companies that play by Ford’s rules can create tunes. Whipple, Roush, and ProCharger. I have no idea how much it costs those companies to get Ford’s blessing but it for sure is not cheap. IF the ECU ever gets cracked...
