  1. Gauge cluster memory issue.

I called Ford pass and they checked into the update problem. They said they are showing the battery is below the required charge to complete the update. How this is possible when I drive the car every day, I have no idea. Guess I need the battery checked now.
  2. NEW Whipple Crusher Intake System 2024+ Mustang GT!!

I'm not accusing anyone of being deceptive. And there's no need to be so defensive in your response. Just do the dyno with the hood closed.
  3. 2026 Mustang Updates / Changes Revealed

Many of the S550s didn't come with spare tires either due to brake sizing issues. This is not a new development.
  4. NEW Whipple Crusher Intake System 2024+ Mustang GT!!

I'm with you. That's why I was curious to see the actual dyno test backing up these numbers. Unfortunately I think the results are skewed.
  5. 2026 Mustang Updates / Changes Revealed

That was a much different time. The market was shifting and the Pinto was rushed into production faster than any Ford at the time. Plus auto safety standards where still in their infancy.
  6. 2026 Mustang Updates / Changes Revealed

Because unlike those four SUVs the Mustang is its own platform and shares no parts with another car. That makes it more expensive to produce.
  7. Next gen Mustang (8th gen) will stay gas-powered ICE well into 2030's

I'm speaking to the 4-door comment. Real mustangs have 2 doors. I realize your new to the brand, but saying otherwise is considered sacrilege and will get you throat punched.
  8. 2026 Mustang Updates / Changes Revealed

Which one of those has a V8 and manual transmission? If you miss that shit so bad, then go trade your car and buy one. 🙄
  9. Swapping out stock auto shift knob.

Ah ok. Now I understand how thats happening to you. The shifter is designed to be gripped from the side and the button pressed with your thumb. I drove an S650 with one of these aftermarket knobs like you guys are getting and it drove me absolutely insane. I guess I just never learned to use an...
  10. Swapping out stock auto shift knob.

Just for giggles I played around with my shifter today in my garage. When shifting from park I can confirm you simply press the shifter button down once, RELEASE IT, then pull the lever back. It will stop in drive AND LOCK there very time. Once in drive you need to press the shifter button...
  11. NEW Whipple Crusher Intake System 2024+ Mustang GT!!

It's not "his standards". I agree It seems pretty illogical to compare numbers with the hood up since the Whipple boxes are open and the factory ones are not. If your personal experience says otherwise, then great. But given the price point of the product, I'd like to see more than "trust me".
  12. Gauge cluster memory issue.

I deleted my profile and reset it. No change. The gauges still go to Cobra when I use memory 1. If I use memory 2 it defaults to guest profile and doesn't change. Three manual attempts to update have failed. Each time Ford pass says the update was interrupted. No idea what that's about. The...
  13. Gauge cluster memory issue.

Yeah maybe. I found an old thread on this. Its seems to be a known glitch with the profile feature. If I use another memory button, it reverts to guest and doesn't change the cluster. 🤷‍♂️ I'm also getting an update right now. I discovered my auto updates were turned to off for some reason...
  14. Gauge cluster memory issue.

I need some help with my gauge cluster memory. If I select a particular gauge cluster in the options, my gauge cluster doesn't hold the memory and keeps changing back when I restart the car. And today I discovered it happens when I use the memory seat button too. Today I switched to the Track...
  15. Next gen Mustang (8th gen) will stay gas-powered ICE well into 2030's

You are not helping yourself right now.
  16. 2026 Mustang Updates / Changes Revealed

This was posted a couple months ago. Glad I got a '24.
  17. S650 Mid Cycle Refresh

They do have single high-def screens. Lol
  18. New recall: water intrusion into BCM and connectors (25C43/25V546)

Everyone on this site is so damn reactionary. Lol. I went through 2 recalls in a year on my '23 Mach 1. Both were easy fixes that affected virtually no one. I'd rather put up with a minor annoyance than have Ford not acknowledge a known problem. It'll be ok people. Chill.
  19. Swapping out stock auto shift knob.

Not really. You didnt get to use the paddles unless you were in sport mode. And you didn't get a drive mode toggle unless you had a Premium model. So base GT owners didn't get to change drive modes outside of putting the shifter to S. And base GT cars also didn't get paddles. So no, definitely...
