Yeah, Even though I’m still breaking mine in, I’ve dabbled with Sport. It does hang on to gears too long, especially 5th. I found when it does, just blip the paddle up to the next gear and sort it out on your own. Pedal response IS better though!

Lol…well, at least the dealer has a record of it, so if it starts being a real problem, he has logged a history of it. My guess is over time, it might happen once or twice more, then will start behaving. Electronics seem to do that sometimes.

When I took delivery of my car it had only 4 miles on it and was just off the trailer. The dealer hadn’t touched it. My wheels were covered with white spots that looked etched in…possibly looking like what you described. I thought the wheels were ruined. I cleaned it a few times and waxed...

I just constantly spray with Meguiars Quick Wax and wipe with a microfiber cloth. Everytime I clean is another layer of wax, and the dirt comes off so easy.

I guess it’s a good thing they are only studs the tower brace mounts to. You think maybe some studs come weakened from the factory welding process?

All I can suggest is when removing the stock spoiler, take your time with that 3M tape!! I rushed it with trimmer line and damaged the paint a bit from the abrasion, even though I protected the paint with masking tape. Also-if prying up the old spoiler, be gentle…I pulled up too hard and broke...

From my experience with the Lincoln, these electronic systems go through growing pains. Tend to get buggy in the beginning, then they settle down. Sometimes software updates fix the issue, or maybe just adaptive learning and battery management sorts it all out.
