  1. [Update: AM is staying!] AM Radio is removed on the 2024 Mustang

So it looks like FMC changed their minds https://fordauthority.com/2023/05/all-2024-ford-motor-company-vehicles-will-have-am-radio/
  2. Exclusive MY24 colours?

Personally hope Competition Orange comes back. I would have ordered it in a heartbeat. Code Orange is great too. Twister Orange is a good alternative. I just know the 60th anniversary next year will have an orange color, hopefully ill be in my car and too happy to care. That being said, the...
  3. Dark Horse Puddle Lamp

I think i saw a nite pony package with the black airbag pony, posted in the race red thread. So who knows. First look at the dark horse puddle lamps, look awesome.
  4. Official RACE RED Mustang S650 Thread

Nite pony. Maybe this confirms black mustang on the steering wheel for NP? I still am unsure.
  5. S650 Information from ECat (Electronic Catalog) – Part Numbers, Technical Specs, Hidden Features

Eh.. about the same power to weight advantage as a Base S550 GT over a Mach 1 with additional cooler weight. The numbers had the GT having a slightly better power to weight than the Mach 1, but real world, they were pretty dang similar, if not almost identical on the strip. I expect the same...
  6. S650 Information from ECat (Electronic Catalog) – Part Numbers, Technical Specs, Hidden Features

Love all the info @roket Thank you! I may know this one, the Auto Dark Horse has an additional (2 instead of 1) transmission cooler. At least it did on the Mach 1. That would be where the added weight is from if I had to guess. This is from a Ford Mach 1 press release: Mach 1 was 3868/3913...
  7. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

Thanks for posting! RacerX has been pretty wrong about the S650 in recent history more than once, giant grain of salt with this story.
  8. Official DARK MATTER GRAY Mustang S650 Thread

The bronze package would really be a consideration if I was getting a GT. It has really grown on me.
  9. Performance Pack on the GT

Agreed, i have read a ton of stories about the diffs getting too hot and putting the cars in limp mode before 20 minutes of track time. Heck, even the early tech pack GT350s had this issue, which is why they made the coolers standard on the later GT350s (and Mach 1 and Dark Horse). If you are...
  10. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

They have talked a big talk, now we will see if they actually start pulling allocations from dealers who mark up. I hope so!
  11. Flat Rock plant down due to quality issues

Recent comments by Farley He also talks about dealer markups https://www.freep.com/story/money/cars/ford/2023/05/11/ford-shareholders-meeting-questions-farley/70206889007/
  12. Just got this email from Ford

Yes got mine today, I have seen this on Bronco6G and M6G, they will send the email every 45 days until you get scheduled. Just letting you know you are still in the system.
  13. The 2024 GT is only making 450HP ???

The dark horse window sticker from the other thread still says Mach 1 Handling Package etc. A lot hasn't been updated yet, and will reflect 480hp when the production window sticker comes out, like others have said.
  14. Active valve + aftermarket exhaust

Here is another option i just saw, Roush https://fordauthority.com/2023/05/roush-2018-2023-ford-mustang-active-exhaust-system-out-now/
  15. 2024 Mustang GT & EcoBoost MPG Fuel Economy Numbers (from Canada)

The 5.2 Predator GT500 is rated at 12/18/14 combined not 14/21..... The Mach 1 was 15/23/18 combined for auto, 14/22/17 combined for manual, so the Dark Horse looks like is the same. Looks in line with what i would expect. But still taking it with a grain of salt until real numbers come out...
  16. 2024 Mustang GT & EcoBoost MPG Fuel Economy Numbers (from Canada)

Take it with a grain of salt, probably. https://fordauthority.com/2023/05/2024-ford-mustang-fuel-economy-revealed-for-certain-variants/ **New-released figures from Natural Resources Canada's 2023 Fuel Consumption Guide converting from Canada’s standard of liters consumed per 100 kilometers**...
