As I understand, the 2024 number was 10,000. So I assumed 10,000 for 2025 as well. I could be wrong.

It's a limited production model and I believe 10,000 is the limit. So they obviously have a start day for 26 models, but i would guess their production plans have factored that in.

Understand that not all 305s are created equal. however the Pirelli Pzero 305/35-19 is cleared by the manufacturer for a 10 inch rim, albeit the narrowest rim. But a 305/30-19 is not. DH non HP came with 10in rear rims.

You never said what width rims you currently have. For reference, on my DH, I'm running 275/40 on front 9.5 in rim and 305/35 on rear 10 in rims. All within tire manufacturer specs. If I was buying new rear rims, I would have gone wider and at least run 315s.

Is there a way in Forscan to modify the Gauge Details list? Also, I would love to have actual gauges instead, like my 19 GT had (3 selectable).

I've used the jack and wrench that comes with the kit and no problems. I will admit that jacking is a slow process..
