Ok, so I love a good spreadsheet! I run my garden business from one, I also have a spreadsheet for machine maintenance and repair, which lists common part numbers and repair manuals. For detailing, I have a MEGA spreadsheet set up with every single product I have or have used in the past, which...
Carpro have swing type air fresheners, a little weak but then I tend to get scent blind after a while.
CarPro Air Freshener | Waxit – Waxit Car Care
The other one you could try is the Carpro SkysBlu, which is the same scent they use in their wonderful smelling Eraser prep spray. I found this...
This sector is highly subjective, so what I might love, you might hate. Also, most of them don't last long, so just know that any of these products are a nice interior pick me up, but will fade within a few hours.
My two favorites are Angelwax Bliss and Angelwax Bliss. There are more...

The Wildtrak came back from the panel shop earlier this week. There were four areas of repair after damage caused by vandalism, an elderly unlicensed driver running into the right rear, a bird strike taking out the left rear-view mirror, and a careless driver clipping the front bumper.
This...
I've been looking forward to this! A day in the garage with two cars to detail and nowhere else to be! Despite the heat, nothing was going to stop me getting out there!
I decided to start on the Ranger. Like last week, no rain for several weeks now and everything is just so dry and dusty. The...
Mine has about 800 km on it and the smell is mostly gone, unless I hook into the throttle and get it nice and hot and it comes back a little. Really, the smoke and smell are worst during the first 100 - 200 km, by then its mostly burnt into the metal.
Well, summer is making a belated appearance. In the past few summers, we haven't had long stretches of above 38-degrees, just the odd hot day followed by a cool change. However, the next 7-days doesn't look pretty, with the lowest temperature predicted being 35 on Wednesday and Saturday...
This is a subject that usually gets detailers arguing. The guys from the old school swear black and blue nothing comes close to offering the decontamination ability of a traditional clay bar. While those open to new ideas argue synthetic clay products are safer and easier to use. Both sides have...
Meh. I love what 888 achieved with Lowndes and Wincup back when they were racing Falcon's, but I actually gave up watching the sport because of 888. The arrogance they developed racing GM products really put me off them as a team, and the sport in general.
When I did my floor back in 2021, there were like two options for that style of tile, so I went with the original Swisstrax Ribtrax. Now there are countless options that offer the same size/spec for similar or less money. Wish I had the choice back then.
Not all tire dressings/coatings play well with all tires. This can vary widely and sometimes a tire is just super sensitive to dressings, notably Michelin PS4S.
With the PS4S, I've found only a couple that play well, but even then it can be patchy. From what I can tell, the ultra waxy sidewall...
What flooring tiles are you looking at?
Are you set on Hex lights? I know they look amazing, and if its a pure show garage, they are fine. For working under them, they are super fatiguing and not all that good for consistent light dispersion. Just something to consider.
Ha ha, that's an understatement!!!! :giggle:
For glass cleaner, keep it simple. I'd also highly suggest any Mustang Hardtop owner have the Clean & Reach Tool for the rear glass.
1st - Stoner Invisible Glass, affordable and available everywhere.
2nd - P&S True Vue, again simple and...
I also did a bit of mower detailing today in preparation of a little photo shoot.
The little MasterCut 460 got a pre-soak with Bilt Hamber Surfex mixed at 1:1, the rinsed with the pressure washer. I then went back in with an old detailing brush and Surfex, agitated, rinsed again, then applied...
Just to add this, removing the Meguiar's Endurance will take a bit of effort. You will need a strong rubber and tire cleaner and an appropriate brush. However, because of how Endurance accumulates dirt and grim, it's going to make a mess of your tire brush, so I'd probably use an old brush, or...
