Interior Cleaners & Detailers
When I started cleaning cars in my teens and early 20’s, my method of “cleaning” an interior centered around slathering ArmorAll or similar onto the dashboard and door trims. Oh how things changed when I started to learn what those products did and didn’t do. As I...
But its not consistent. In my case, the visible part of the exhaust tips were peppered with the black paint, so it looked terrible. Made it look like I had driven over fresh tar.
I can't pick just one, so these are my favorites so far.........................
This one represents the first time I got to see the car after more than two years waiting...........................
Then, a week later, finally taking delivery!
Old and new side by side prior to me driving...
Took the Mustang out for a decent run this morning. The car sits very nicely on the road at 100 kph, the lack of road noise quite pleasing.
I will say though, Ford need to address the "Keep Hands on Steering Wheel" warning. It activates in a very unpredictable manner, with or without...
Touch up paint pens or the little bottles with the brush simply fill the chip or scratch. The Dr.ColorChip is way better because you can level it down with the SealAct blending solution to be an almost imperceptible repair.
Having owned S550 and S650, both were smothering in that stuff. There is absolutely no preparation done prior to application, its just sprayed on without any care or skill. Check out the video below from 4 min 50 sec -

Carpro Reset was on the car today, both wheels and paint, Amplify the drying aid, OG TD on the tyres. With the car still outgassing, the interior glass needed another clean today to remove the film that tends to build up.
Driving the car...

Coatings generally don't add gloss to a matte surface, rather they deepen the finish. This also applies to matte finish wheels, the coating just adds richness and depth.
What I thought was going to be a quick prune of an overhanging branch turned into something rather more involved. Instead of extended reach loppers, I had to grab one of the saws. Considering this was my neighbor's property, it was only fitting that I use the 028AV Super!
What a lovely saw...
With my Ranger being lent to my father, I took the opportunity to get his Wildtrak back into shape. Despite not washing it for quite a while, thankfully it wasn't too bad, however there were a couple of things I wanted to address.
First up, the engine bay. I once spent hours meticulously...
Not a dud on show there!
It's funny, now that ADS are gaining traction, the knives come out and people start labeling them as the latest hype train. Which is total bullsh.t! I hate that mentality, just because something is getting talked about, doesn't mean its all talk and no substance. ADS...
