It would be very surprising for Ford to reveal any of the S650's styling cues on a racing car before the reveal of the production model. But Ford moves in mysterious ways these days! I sure hope so. I appreciate modern computer design means the vast majority of S650's design will be complete...

It'll be interesting to see what it looks like. However, the current Mustang Nascar looks more like some of the less successful S550 photoshops :giggle:

Saturday 17th April will be Mustangs 57th birthday. Would be nice if Ford would give us Mustang fans a present by way of a camo'd S650 prototype prowling the streets for the spy photographers to capture! C'mon Ford, please! Throw us a bone, or a slice of cake! 🎂

Yep, think of the changes between the '09 and '10 model years, that's what I'm expecting. Tweaks to the chassis, engine and gearbox with an all-new "top hat" meaning all new sheet metal/head lamps/tail lamps etc. There's a chance S650 will also have new glass and an even more pronounced fastback...

One thing I can guarantee..........there will be multiple threads on how "the S650 doesn't look like a Mustang".....or "it's ugly".......or "it looks like a Fusion/Focus/insert other name here". It happens with every refresh and every new generation. Many......not all.......but many, will soon...
