Facts. 70k close to fully loaded, yes. However, the C8 2lt would starts at 73k without the z51 package. That ads over 6k, to 79k. The DH loaded costs as much as the 2lt with the z51. The only prob is markups. I doubt you will be able to find either at msrp.
Notice how around the shifter, there is regular plastic like the rest of the interior? That makes me think that it is a place holder for chrome, which is standard around the shifter on all s550s If so, that means that the fit and finish of the production model will be better.
I think that there is no way the DH with cf will be in ll3. The 2022 gt500 started at 76,000. Even today that is 77,000. There is no way that the DH CF will be more than or even close to the starting price of the GT500
